Binh Thuan's Crocuses project
Binh Thuan's Crocuses is one of my first local volunteering projects on education for children in my hometown. As a leader of the Marketing Department, I was responsible for creating a long-term media plan for fundraising activities within five months for organizing Christmas events. Also, I planned on the timeline for 4 English classes to appropriately assigned English tutors within three months.
Our project has achieved 95% class attendance and gained 90% 8+ grade in 2 English exams. Also, in terms of charity events, we have achieved 5.000.000 VND, and other physical donations (decoration items, food).
Media Sponsorship Proposal
I wrote a letter to the local authorities explaining the mission of the project and seeking media support. This provided me with hands-on experience of Media Planning and increase problem-solving skills in event management, fundraising, and communication skills.
